General Plan Amendment
Proposed General Plan Amendment to remove SR-152 Bypass
The SR-152 bypass has been determined to no longer be feasible and the City of Los Banos is amending the 2042 General Plan to accurately reflect current plans for the future. This amendment would remove mention of the bypass from the General Plan, slightly retract the City’s sphere of influence and urban and growth boundary, and revise General Plan land use map designations, among other changes.
